1. How to Shop
1.1 How to shop.
1.1.1 Finding Items and Explore detail
of items
Weather you are new comer or returning user just browse our shop
by finding links to browse lists and more detailed product-specific. When
you find an item that interests you, click the title or name of the item
to see its detail page.
When you have found an interesting item and want to order it simply click
button next to the quantities
fields. It will add to your shopping cart automatically 1 item. In case
you wish to buy multiple quantities of an item just enter number in the
quantities field and press button.
You will notice the number of items you want to buy and the total cost before
shipping cost at the bottom left corner in every page of the shopping zone.Once you want to see how and what you are taking into the shopping cart, just press "Shopping Cart " button on the bottom left corner. It will show you the page which will list all items and the quantities also calculated the cost (which is not include the shipping cost yet) for you. If you wish to change the quantities of an item you have placed in your shopping cart, change the number in the "Qty." box and click "Recalculate" button to update the information.
You can enter specific item instruction here in the "Remark" box to tell us what do you want us to do when ship this item to you.
You can also continue shopping as you want by clicking at "Continue Shopping" button.
1.2 Make purchasing
Once you decide to finish shopping and want to check out to make
payment do the following steps.
1.2.1 Log in / Subscribe
For new comer, click "Sign up an
account" button and the page which ask for your information
display to fill in. This information will be kept in our database and
will be for your account later in process. After completing the form,
you are ready to make purchasing.
For the returning customer, enter your username in the "Username"
box and password in the "Password"s
box then click "Login" button and you are ready to make purchasing.
1.2.2 Enter Necessary Information
When you logging in the page which will ask you to enter some
necessary information will appear. Some information will prompt to you
as you register in the sign up an account. But you still can make change
in it.
1.2.2.1 Shipping Information
As for your convenience, the system will prompt you the registered
information in the "Buyer"
and "Ship To" information
part. You can make change here if you want.
1.2.2.2 Select Shipping and Payment Method
We provide only by "Air" shipping method. The shipping
cost will be calculated on the basis of area. In Asia
it will be cost $4.00 and the
rest of the world is cost $5.00.
The shipping cost will be shown in the "Purchase
Summary" page.
We allow only credit card payment method. The card we accept are VISA,
Master Card and JCB. Enter Card holder's Name, Expired date, 16 digit
number on your credit card and the verification number (the last 3 digit
number appearing on signature panel).
You can tell specific instruction on how do we do for this order by simply enter in the "Special Instruction" box.
1.2.3 View purchase summary
When you complete information on the "Purchase
Now" page, then press "Next
Step" button to view the purchase summary. This page will
show you all information and you will see the shipping cost here. The
system will make the calculation again and show you the total cost.
If you are ready to complete the order click on "Process
with purchase" button. That's all.
1.2.4 Received confirm purchase in e-mail address
After pressing the "Process with purchase"
button you will receive an e-mail from our admin person to confirm the
purchasing.
2. Shopping Membership
2.1 Subscribe to become our shopping member
To place an order at Laostamp.com is easy. It has no need to create
an account first. You will have done that once you've placed your first
order online. Anyway your information provide on the signing will make
you more convenience to shop with us. It is easy to become our shopping
member, just click "Sign In"
button on the bottom-left corner and fill in some necessary information.
2.2.1 Changing your Account's information
For returning customer, you can make change in account's information (Name, Password, Address and E-Mail address by enter your username and password. The button "Change Password" and "Change Setting" are on the bottom left corner above the "Shopping Cart" information.
2.2.2 View your order
